1. Sales & Project Department : Their main responsibility is to monitor the development of Thailand’s economy especially in industrial and government sectors. Working closely with our business development team, they can effectively serve the customers’ needs, assist the clients in a number of manners such as system design, products support, technology introduction, knowledge transfer, technical solution and others which absolutely ensure our capabilities and reliabilities in terms of sales and engineering. Products & Technical Department : Their purpose is to effectively response the needs of both the customers and the company. They will keep an eye on the progress of our business development and sales & engineering departments in order to analyze and create the marketing schemes for the firm to coordinate and work together successfully. This ultimately ensures the clients to receive the best services from every segment in our organization. Of course, they also are knowledgeable in technical to guarantee the accurate marketing information provided and fulfill the clients’ needs both at the present and future. 3. Business Development Department : The main objective is to locate any advance solutions or technologies together with our suppliers so that our solutions can perform at its utmost efficiency. Furthermore we also introduce the brand-new products and applications into our market segments and this greatly opens the chances for our customers to fulfill their needs. For example, the rapid-mobile water metering project belonging to the government industrial authorities. Key person : Mr. Jittapon Jutabanchard Position : Business Development Manager
4. Service & Engineering Department : Their main responsibility is the after-sales service in order to create to highest customers’ satisfactions with the well-trained and experienced service team. We are also capable of providing both usual maintenance and contract service. We have earned our clients’ trust by providing the services which ones would expect of a comprehensive instrumentation service team. Since our very beginning, the team has played a major role in supporting our client to ensure that the supplied systems operate correctly and properly, and produce the successful results. The values of the department are quality and prompt after-sales services and repair resources that we are ready to provide. Admin. & Finance Department : The aim to coordinate all the paper-works at the most efficiency with excellent customers’ data base consisting of : customer’s status, contact, visiting, requirement and many others. And we also increase the potential of our office cooperation between each department to make sure that the clients’ needs are successfully supplied.
